CERFnet User's Guide includes general information on CERFnet (such as a topology map and membership list), acceptable use policies, troubleshooting procedures, descriptions of the CERFnet mailing lists and network information services, information on the NSFNET and MERIT, other mid-level networks, and the Internet. It also includes the Internet Resource Guide produced by the NNSC, the Internet Accessible Library Catalogs and Databases produced by Dr. Art St. George, as well as other useful articles.
